Au/Ra Explain about 'Panic Room': Panic room, to its very core, is about anxiety and self doubt. It def isn’t any easy subject, but it’s something that needs to be talked about more, especially cause so many ppl (unfortunately) feel it. I do. Everyone at some point does - it’s human. Although it’s a scary thing to be in that headspace, we have to get back to ourselves somehow, and i think that’s by facing our problems and getting out of the ‘panic room’ that we’ve built in our minds. That’s exactly what this song’s about, and I hope it can relate to ppl who feel that way.
