Beast and the Harlot is the first single of Avenged Sevenfold's third studio album, City of Evil. The song was featured on the popular rhythm video-game Guitar Hero 2 and Guitar Hero Smash Hits. The lyrics center around the beast & the fall of Babylon mentioned in the Bible. The song was also featured in the game Burnout Revenge, shortened to "Beast..." in the track listing.
