Likely a candidate on the forthcoming fifth Big Thief album tracklist, 'simulation swarm' was teased on their official Instagram page on February 18th, 2021. The post's caption reads, "''simulation swarm', new song, march 2020 capture, still working on this one." In the video, Adrianne sings an acoustic version.
