The lyrics of this song were inspired by a real life event that took place in Germany, of Armin Meiwes, a cannibal, who in 2001 found a volunteer on the Internet to offer himself up to be cannibalized and eaten. The songs lyrics describe a man who fantasizes about being cannibalized, and describes in detail the various horrific ways he would like to be eaten.
