"Fall In Line” is a duet between Christina Aguilera and Demi Lovato, serving as Christina's second single to promote her eighth studio album, "Liberation". It is an empowering ballad about the right for women to decide on their own body and to have the mind and strength to pursue their dreams and not fall into society’s “expectations”. The song was released on May 16, 2018 and the duo debuted it at the Billboard Music Awards on May 20, 2018. The song hit the #1 position on iTunes USA in less than 48 hours, and #2 on iTunes Worldwide. The music video was released a week after the official release, on May 23, 2018. In the music video, Christina and Demi are trying to escape from the constant pressure and control of the media and cameras, to eventually break out.
