"Thank You" peaked at #1 on the U.S. Hot Dance Club Play Chart and the U.S. Adult Contemporary Chart in the Summer of 2001. The song made its first appearance in 1998, on the soundtrack of the movie "Sliding Doors." It was later included on Dido's 1999 debut album No Angel, becoming the album's biggest hit. The song was famously sampled in Eminem's 2000 landmark single "Stan." She also appeared in the video for the song.
