The Message

March 20th 2025 single. From the band: In the newsletters announcing “Loose Ends” and “Back on the Road”, we conveyed the way these bonus tracks carry slightly different energy from the rest of the material on Salt. This one is certainly no exception. It has an energy that feels raw, and we love that about it. We engineered it ourselves, and played the bed tracks live. There’s an inherent volatility in approaching things that way - a measured lack of control. It seems to serve the song very well. “The message ain’t clear, it’s not getting in…” Don’t mean to leave you with an ominous tone!
