Wiki:

The song is an extended double entendre comparing an accordion (“squeeze box”) with squeezing women parts in bed. The Who wanted to see if they could get away with a song about explicit sex and it seemed to work. Come on, what happened to the angry, defiant Who of, “My Generation,” “Won’t Get Fooled Again” and “Mama’s Got a Squeeze Box?” Homer Simpson "Squeeze Box" is a song by The Who. "Squeezebox" is a slang term for accordions and related instruments. The song consists exclusively of sexual innuendo. Written by Pete Townshend, the song was originally intended for a Who television special planned in 1974.
